One of the longest exponents of the Champagne Rose style, Billecart are also one of the best. Possessing the lovely red cherry and rose petal aromas the palate has sufficient weight and acidity to make this wine pleasingly linger on your tongue long after swallowing.
Of the Grande Marque houses Billecart has definitely been a store fav for a long time. Making a mid-weight, clean style of Champagne that has started many a party, dinner or celebration.
Created in 1988 as a tribute to Elisabeth Salmon, one of the House's founders, this cuvée is set apart by its radiance, refined purity as well as unique character. It embodies with subtlety the signature of our top Pinot Noir and Chardonnay terroirs. Allowing time to play its role is behind the grandeur of this vintage cuvée.

Le Clos St Hilaire is probably the rarest wine from the Billecart-Salmon portfolio. The "Clos" originates from a single enclosed, contiguous one-hectare parcel of old vines planted with Pinot Noir in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ in 1964.100% vinified in casks. 159 months on lees. 2g/l dosage.
