A.Mano was founded by husband and wife duo Mark and Elvezia, who fell in love with Southern Italy, and with crafting native Apulian varieties. Their Falanghina is a lovely example of a sumptuous Puglian white - fragrant freesias, ripe pineapple and candied ginger coat the palate, washed away by a lick of sea spray freshness.
This celebrated, limestone-rich, Barbaresco Cru runs along the southern belt of the appellation, near the town itself. The Rocca cellars are located just above this southeast-facing vineyard-one of the reasons the site has become synonymous with the name Albino Rocca. Hailing from the lower slopes of the Dolomites are the wines of Antonio Fattori. Locally regarded as exceptionally talented in cultivating Garganega and Pinot Grigio and producing wines that speak of the place they came from. The Soave is top notch and a great value for the dollars. Peachy stone fruit and zesty citrus, with a hint of green almond and sea-spray minerality.
