Missing Parcel

When you checkout, our site will give you an estimate of the delivery timeframe. As we may not be personally be delivering your parcel, we are somewhat at the mercy of our freight partners. If your parcel is late, please email us straight away, and we will chase up for you. Occasionally the item breaks or goes missing in transit, at which point we will arrange for a replacement to be sent.

Breakages

All shipments are insured up to $1500 per parcel. If you receive your parcel and there is a breakage, please notify us immediately, so that we can arrange to deliver a replacement, or refund if that item is not available.

Returns

If you have made an error and ordered the wrong item, you can return to us and we will arrange either a store credit or refund. If the order was delivered via courier, then we will not be able to refund the freight component. Depending upon the circumstances, there may be a handling fee applied to the refund. Typically this will only apply to (but is not limited to) special order and/or pre-order items.
