Jean-Luc Mader Dry Gewurztraminer 2023
We’re big fans of Mader’s Riesling - so are you guys, if our sales history is to be believed! But it’s their Gewurz that caught our eye year. Expect wild roses, lychee and ‘gari’ ginger on the nose, and a bone dry palate with a lingering note of white quartz and smoke.

One of the foremost exceptional producers of a wildly undervalued region, is Trimbach from the sloping hills of Alsace. The fruit comes from the Geisberg Grand Cru, a partial component of their legendary cuvée Fréderic Emile. This is a single vineyard cuvée however, coming from old vines on a steep terraced slope.
