From winemaker Dave Mackintosh comes this top notch Grigio from the Yarra. Dave tells us he deliberately named it Grigio over Gris, for its moreish, dry palate and mouth-watering acidity. Think green pears, fennel fronds, red apple skin and a touch of cinnamon toast. Superb!

Victorian small batch Dry Vermouth, this is simply irresistible. Made by amazing winemaker Jean Paul, this is a dry and complex Vermouth that is made up with 36 locally gathered and grown botanicals, creating a well-balanced yet citrus driven Vermouth. With major notes of quince, lemon myrtle, orris, lemon peel and the slight bitterness from olive leaves, you get a unique Vermouth that shines a light on how a local take on a classic liqueur can really shine bright.

Named 'Pies Negros' - literally, black feet - for the long-standing practice of foot stomping the Tempranillo that goes into this wine, Artuke nods to both the rarity of traditional small-scale winemaking in Rioja, to modernity with a vibrant, fresh and eminently drinkable Rioja.
You'd be hard pressed to find a more charming Rioja at under $30 than this drop from Artuke. 95% Tempranillo with a splash of Viura, this wine is packed with fragrant aromas of fresh violet, pomegranate juice and blackberries. Drink as you would a light Pinot or a nouveau Beaujolais.
Eldertons The E Series wines are designed to be affordable everyday drinking made with exceptional quality. Made from premium fruit and receiving quality winemaking, these wines are priced to offer exceptional value for money.

There are few things in life more fun than drinking a glass of Txakoli. It's spritzy and fresh, with gorgeous white stone fruit notes and a hint of almost sandy minerality. If you want the full Basque experience however, then brush up on your Catalan so you can Txotx your Txakoli, and pair with pintxos when you go out to Txiketeo.

The 2022 is a wonderfully red fruited and aromatic Pinot Noir. Spice notes of cardamom and ginger combine with rosehip and pomegranate. A savoury note reminiscent of manuka smoke and prosciutto mingle enticingly with the red fruits. The palate has an array of flavours ranging from raspberry compote to rhubarb and orange zest. Smooth and supple on the entry, fine tannins are buoy by freshness to a long-sustained finish. Mid ruby in colour, with an almost transparent hue, the 2022 … more

A showcase of native Australian botanicals at their finest, our Native Australian Amaro is a complex aperitif that evokes the smell of the bush after the rain. Deep-rich copper in colour, the flavour is characterised by a forward sweetness followed by a deep, earthy bitterness with bursts of citrus and native botanicals including cinnamon myrtle, lemon myrtle, Tasmanian Pepperberry and lemon scented gum. We recommend drinking neat with a twist of orange.
Garnet red in colour, our Davo Plum Aperitivo Bitters balances tart Davidson Plum (a lip-puckering sour native Australian plum grown in tropical rainforests) and Rosella flowers with sweet Aussie oranges and a hint of Tasmanian Pepperberry. Sweet with a hint of bitterness, expect flavours of plum, citrus and raspberry with a slight peppery finish. As our products are seasonal, there may be slight variations in colour, aroma and flavour from batch to batch. Some natural sediment may also be present. … more
