The Cuvée Classique is drawn predominantly from the domaine's vines situated mid-slope in the Clos de Vougeot, and also from some plots on the lower and upper parts. There are six parcels in total, including the lieux-dits of Montiottes Basses and Quartier Marei Bas (also home to the 1910-planted Vieilles Vignes parcel). Château de la Tour Clos Vougeot Grand Cru Hommage à Jean Morin 2019

This ultra-rare wine, named after François' grandfather, was produced exclusively from the oldest vines in the Clos de Vougeot, planted in 1910; the same vines that gifted the vast majority of the fruit for the Vieilles Vignes. Domaine Laurent Roumier Clos Vougeot Grand Cru 2020

The Clos de Vougeot cultivated by Laurent Roumier is admirably placed in the famous grand cru terroir. More structured and tannic than Chambolle, Clos Vougeot owes its strength to its deeper and richer soils. Laurent Roumier’s vines from this cuvée are situated on the upper part of the Clos, on just over half a hectare. A longer ageing of 18 months in new barrels for half, improves the character of this well-balanced wine.

Domaine Nicole Lamarche Clos de Vougeot Grand Cru 2018

Lamarche's 1.35 hectares of vineyards in the Clos de Vougeot are situated over three terroirs: one is at the top of the Clos near the Château (actually there are two small parcels in the area known as Montiotes Hautes); another is in the middle tranche on the Vosne side (Petits Maupertuis); and the remaining parcel is lower down near the RN74 (Baudes Basses).
