Barossa-based Whispers of Chaos would like to introduce itself to you with what can only be described as a very succesful and completely left-of-centre blend. The wine itself, though, feels classic as can be in the glass. Roussanne scents upfront, peaches and almonds, white florals and freshly grated lemon zest. The palate zips and zings, with structure added by the Riesling and freshness from the Semillon. A little time in oak rounds out the edges and leaves us with a wine that brings the complete package in every glass.
