"Decisive, intense and full of character. A pure Nero D'Avola that enhances the varietal characteristics of the vine, telling the story and tradition of our hills. The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach full ripeness. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for two weeks, the subsequent refinement then takes place in stainless steel tanks until bottling. Authentic, distinctive, the Nero d'Avola Principe di Granatey is characterized by enchanting hints of wild berries enriched with notes of oriental spices. A red with good structure and harmonious."
