The main occupation of Don Juan Garcia Jarana is running a motorcycle shop 'Dos ruedas', but in his spare time he also manages a 100 years old bodega in the Santiago neighbourhood, which holds around 300 butts. It includes Finos, Amontillados, Olorosos and PX.

Lustau Manzanilla "Papirusa" Solera Familiar
Aged following a biological aging, under a veil of yeast called "flor" in the cool, humid, salty air of Sanlúcar de Barrameda, a fishing town on the estuary of the Guadalquivir River. Bright yellow colour with golden reflections. This Manzanilla is laced with sea breeze scents and pleasant chamomile and flor aromas.
