This sherry is produced by an Almacanista, a small producer whose skills are handed down from generation to generation. It is then marketed by a large company such as Lustau.

Our eighth vintage from these vines (planted in 2013). Handpicked early of April 2024. 50% of the fruit underwent semi-carbonic maceration (100% whole bunch). The remaining fruit was destemmed and placed in open vats, prior to wild fermentation. The fruit saw a total of four weeks on skins. The fruit was then pressed and transferred into old French oak to mature before being blended. This wine is unfiltered and unfined.

Well hot damn! It's not every day you find a decent bottle of Champagne for such good money. We know, we searched high and low before we found this one. From the beautiful region of Epernay, we have a lively Pinot Noir dominant Champagne that gives most big house wines a run for their money.
