Diamond Valley Estate Blue Label Chardonnay 2021

The Blue Label chardonnay was made with premium hand picked grapes, from selected local vineyards in the Yarra Valley. 2021 was a great vintage yielding fully ripe grapes with great balance of acidity. The wine was made in a traditional style using French Oak. It is medium to full in body with creamy almond meal texture and pleasing acidty. Bottled under screw-caps to ensure quality and consistency.

"Sourced from the 1969-planted Westgate vineyard in the Grampians, aged nine months in French barriques (15% new). An auspicious debut for this new label started by Melanie Chester (winemaker at Giant Steps) and Ben Mullen (from Mulline) and their respective partners. A brilliant crimson purple. Dingle Single Malt Core Expression 700ml 46.3%

Dingle Single Malt represents a milestone in the distillery's history and a huge step forward in its growth journey. In doing so it becomes one of few Irish distilleries to produce a core single malt product made entirely with its own spirit. Triple distilled, non-chill filtered Dingle Single Malt was matured in PX Sherry (61%) and Bourbon (39%) first fill casks and comprising predominantly six to seven-year-old spirit.

Dirty Three "Dirt Two" Tilson Vineyard Pinot Noir 2023

Producer Notes - "Tilson Vineyard overlooks the South Gippsland Highway just on the outskirts of Leongatha. We recently started leasing this beautiful east facing vineyard from Byron and Courtney Hill. Like Dirt 1 at Berrys Creek, the soils here are deep, red volcanic clays.The grapes usually ripen slightly after Berrys Creek and have the most acidity of all the sites.
