A vibrant colour with a touch more than usual due to the sunshine. Lovely florals and lemon grass aromas. Mouth filling flavours of pear and lemon pith balancing the zesty acid backbone. The aromas and fruit weight belie the 10.8% alcohol and reconfirms that the Hunter Valley produces fruit at optimal ripeness at much lower sugar levels. A classic Hunter Valley Semillon to enjoy now or will age gracefully over many years.

Brookies Byron Dry Gin was created by Eddie Brook and one of the worlds most acclaimed Scottish distiller Jim McEwan.
Brookie's Byron Bay Dry Gin is made in a custom hand-made copper pot-still in the heart of the Brook's family macadamia farm in Northern NSW, near Byron Bay. Native (such as Davidson plum)and traditional botanicals are used along with Mt Warning Spring Water to craft this truly classic gin.

Made in the traditional style of the English 'Sloe' gin, Brookie’s Byron Slow Gin showcases a unique rainforest fruit native to the subtropical region of Byron Bay, the Davidson Plum. Expect exhilarating flavours of rose, watermelon, and bright plum.
This Grüner Veltliner is a blend of wines sourced from different terraced vineyards at altitudes of 260m to 380m. The elevated terraces consist of stonier soils (schisted granite). The vines there show aromatic expression, good acidity, elegant stone fruit and lots of minerals. The lower-sited terraces mostly of layered fertile loess show more body and ripeness. By combining those two characteristics Bründlmayer produces a classic Grüner Veltliner with both finesse and a certain vigour.

"Fragrant bouquet of white and yellow flowers (elder-acacia) with a twist of citrus peel, followed by some spice (anis, fennel) and mineral yeasty tones; starts fresh on the palate, balanced by a touch of residual sugar, very pure, fragrant and yet striking with its light fruit tones like fresh vineyard peaches, a crisp acidity backbone that highlights spice and minerals; this wine is elegant, slender, crisp and perfect in its youth for the summerly terraces but with potential for further … more

"This is a very sexy, soft Barbaresco with chocolate, earth and pure fruit, from strawberries to cherries. Medium -o full-bodied with elegant tannins that give form to this wine. It's fine and lovely in the mouth. Exciting. A fine, granular-textured red. (Tasted 8/2020) 97 points, James Suckling

Côté Midi describes itself as ‘an invitation to the South of France’ – who could say no to that? Pour a glass and dream of rolling hills in a sun kissed climate, blanketed in fragrant garrigue. Take a sip and find in your glass a fresh but flavoursome Chardonnay, with delicate whiffs of ripe golden peach, lemon curd and fresh cream.
A delicious alternative to alcoholic gin, Diamonds blend is zesty and floral. Leading with notes of native desert lime, finger lime, mandarin and lemon, it is perfectly balanced by savoury sage, juniper and angelica root. Best enjoyed with tonic to release the layers of citrus and floral aromas, and also acts as a strong base for a range of fresh cocktails. With garnishes, get creative with sage, or a wheel of fresh lemon and lime.

"The assumption that Pinot Noir from Central Otago is muscular, dense and chunky, is outdated and irrelevant. The region has moved toward more sensitive tannin management and extraction, making for seamless, pliable wines. These are fine wines, imbued with fresh acidity thanks to the climate, and they express with eloquence and grace the schist/limestone/clay soils the vines are grown in. The best wines project the region deservedly onto the world stage." Erin Larkin, The Wine Advocate
