French for "by faith" this Pinot is from vineyards in Bittern, Shoreham and Red Hill. 25% new oak. Full bodied and structured, like the faith we have in Pinot Noir. This Pinot is sleek, long and linear. Fine tannins frame an elegant palate of pure red and blue fruit, brown spices and a gentle lick of biscuity oak.
