Producer notes - "100% Whole bunch pressed by variety, then racked the next day to barrel. No additions are made to this juice which is left to naturally ferment in its own time. It spends around 11 months in majority older oak, after which it is blended to tank where it spends another 6 months settling. Screw Cap. Bottled September 2016."

Winemakers notes - "Pale straw in colour, with undertones of the same on the nose. There is endless freshness on the nose for a 9 year old Sem/Sav blend, shrouded with complexity and finesse throughout the palate. Custard apple and lemon curd with an oyster shell edge. Generosity of fruit - still blackcurrant! - is interwoven with textural definition and focused, soft acidity. There is an umami core, with brightness and a silky line of persistence pulling it all together. Drinking pleasure."
