Producer Notes - "The fruit of five generations of agave farmers and a singular tequila-making heritage brings together the highlands of Jalisco and the valleys of Tequila. Estate-Grown and bottled, it's entirely made from three ingredients: hand-selected mature highland agave, proprietary yeast and natural spring water which filters slowly from Tequila's volcano.
Blanco is a bright and colourful expression of highland agave. It's fresh on the nose yet profound with beautiful elegance. There is harmony between a wide spectrum of … more

Distributor Notes "Characterful Riesling from the steeply sloping vineyards of the middle Nahe region. The vines grow in stony, weathered volcanic soils of porphyry and melaphyr in particular, with certain amounts of slate and quartzite. 100% selective hand harvested. Fermented and matured in stainless steel vats and large oak barrels. Wonderfully fresh and well defined, elegant with a tingling minerality. A delicious wine for every day with moderate alcohol, very soothing acidity and a dry finish."
‘Effusive white fruit and mirabelle with some floral notes make this racy, Kabinett-style riesling so juicy and energetic on the palate, with a long, medium-dry, mineral finish. From biodynamically grown grapes. The first vintage of this wine. Drink now. Screw cap.’ 91 points, Stuart Pigott, JamesSuckling.com, July 2021.

The Grosses Gewächs Réserve wines are selectively harvested from the finest parcels of very old, ungrafted vines. They are naturally fermented in the same way as the GGs but stay for 24 months on the full lees in traditional Fuder casks. They are then held in bottle for a further 24 months before release. This extended maturation brings an extra dimension of finesse and balance to our wines. Erdener Prälat is perhaps the greatest vineyard in the Mosel region. It … more

The fruit comes from vines aged 100+ years, growing on red Devonian slate. Fermented with indigenous yeasts in traditional 1,000-litre Fuder casks; matured on full lees for 12 months.

The "Sundial of Wehlen" is one of the greatest vineyards in the Middle Mosel. The soil is almost nothing but broken shards of blue Devonian slate, which gives a lively minerality to the wines. Citrus and white peach flavours predominate when the wines are young, turning to a pure expression of the mineral soil as they age. 100% Riesling from vines of more than 100 years of age. Fermented with indigenous yeast in a 3,000-litre, neutral oak, cask; matured on … more
