The Blue Label chardonnay was made with premium hand picked grapes, from selected local vineyards in the Yarra Valley. 2021 was a great vintage yielding fully ripe grapes with great balance of acidity. The wine was made in a traditional style using French Oak. It is medium to full in body with creamy almond meal texture and pleasing acidty. Bottled under screw-caps to ensure quality and consistency.

Dingle Single Malt represents a milestone in the distillery's history and a huge step forward in its growth journey. In doing so it becomes one of few Irish distilleries to produce a core single malt product made entirely with its own spirit. Producer Notes - "Tilson Vineyard overlooks the South Gippsland Highway just on the outskirts of Leongatha. We recently started leasing this beautiful east facing vineyard from Byron and Courtney Hill.
