The Ovitelli is from a single block planted in 1946, adjacent to their High Sands vineyard. It is made in ceramic egg. The fruit is 100% destemmed and no pressings are used. There is no oak here, it is matured exclusively in ceramic eggs, for a total 11 months with approximately 7 months of that on skins.
