This ancient French variety is oft underappreciated, the wine equivalent of a TV extra cast in the role of 'dry white wine'. But with a little love and the right vineyard, such as Yangarra's Blewitt site, it becomes a leading lady, bringing beautiful notes of lemon peel, samphire and fresh ocean spray.
