The fruit for the 2025 Pétillant Naturel Riesling is sourced from maritime, cool climate Mount Gambier.
The soil profile is dominated by metamorphosed limestone. The vineyard is organically managed by viticulturists Mary and Guy Stratford.
'Pink grapefruit, seed kernels and green mango on the nose, that open up to wet slate with a hint of tangerine. Tart apple, grapefruit and subtle yellowbox honey characters on the front palate, with lingering brioche on the back palate. Zippy acid, with a lovely rounded texture from effervescence and balanced phenolics. Fresh, clean and dry.'
