If you're familiar with Moscato from the Asti region, you'll love the bouncing, chalky, salivating nature of our Moscato. Made from Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains (Frontignac) grapes grown in the Limestone Coast. Lime zest, geranium florals & meyer lemon aromas. The palate is a sherbet bomb with a revitalising & cleansing finish. Think of an iced lolly from your chilldhood. Grab a meringue, top with some fresh berries, a dollop of cream and berry coulis. Or even better at 9am beside buttery pastries or the classic poached eggs & mushrooms on sourdough.
