With nearly a century of sherry-making under their belt, we're inclined to trust Valdespino when they call their Manzanilla 'Deliciosa'. It's an unusual wine, sourced entirely from the Miraflores pago which brings a beautiful chalkiness and depth to the sherry. It's briny and savoury, bone dry and packed with mineral freshness. Deliciosa indeed.
