Pinot Noir 77%, Trousseau 15%, Meunier 8%
The Eyrie brings together an unlikely combination of influences in their 'Trifolium', with California meeting the Savoie. Predominantly Pinot Noir, vinified with restraint and delicacy in mind, with a splash of vibrant Trousseau and floral Meunier, it very much reminds us of the charming Alpinic red blends of Savoie. Yet, there's still whispers of California's depth and savouriness, coming through as earthy notes of Dutch process cocoa powder and a whiff of air-dried beef.
