'The 2025 Estate Gewurztraminer is the result of a growing season defined by exceptionally low yields and concentrated fruit. Following a year of historically low rainfall and an unusually warm, dry summer, harvest began early with small volumes and outstanding flavour development. Our dry-grown Gewurztraminer vines, planted across the slopes surrounding our historic cellar door and the Spring Gully Conservation Park, produced fruit of remarkable aromatic intensity and natural balance. Bright straw with green highlights, this Gewurztraminer offers aromas of rose petal, Turkish Delight and passionfruit blossom, leading to a vibrant palate with gentle texture and a dry finish.'
