Barrel fermented and matured in two seasoned 600L French oak barrels and two 500L barrels (one new). Brightly coloured. An intense bouquet of stone fruits, citrus, preserved ginger and sea spray. Mouth-filling and beautifully balanced on the palate before finishing saline and long. Will be starting to hit its straps by the time it's released and will continue to blossom over the next five to seven years at least.
