The Sentio Gamay is crafted from fruit grown at the Darling Estate Vineyard in Upper King Valley. Vinified and matured in a collection of different vessels, it has a fine, tight structure but jumps out of the glass with delightfully pure fruit characters and subtle earthy notes. While certainly one that could benefit from a few years bottle ageing, you will find it hard to resist now.
