From the Black Sands vineyard that Chris manages, and raided completely in clay eggs, it is a fascinating fork in the road of Nebbiolo winemaking. Chris uses exactly same fruit that goes into his Sentio Nebbiolo. Yet the wines are quite different, with this version showing more precision and fruit purity, whilst still delivering fine Nebbiolo tannins.
