Rockridge are amongst some of our most reliable producers - having been long time fans on the Riesling and Shiraz from them. Their Pinot Grigio, we were delighted to discover, is no exception! It's a pinot grigio fan's dream, hitting all the hallmarks of crisp green apple and lemon citrus fruit notes, with a refreshingly dry palate and a lovely wash of saline minerality that makes it a dream to pair with food or drink on its own.
