Utilizing his extensive experience in Piedmont, this is Matt's take on the aromatized fortified wine native to Barolo - Chinato. He uses Nebbiolo & Shiraz from the Malakoff vineyard in Pyrenees with a secret blend of herbs. As Matt says "A twist on an Italian classic. Fortified Nebbiolo and Shiraz, with a house blend of aromatics, form those bitter-sweet blues."
