This is 100% Carricante grown in the Montelaguardia vineyard, at elevations between 690-720m on the black lava sand of Contrada Taccione on Mount Etna. The wine is produced in 70% stainless steel & 30% French oak.

Notes from the winery

Hints of white acacia flowers, fresh white almonds, mountain peaches, and a touch of white hazelnut cream on the nose. The wood is slightly hinted at, fused with Mt Etna's legendary minerality. On the palate, it flows harmoniously, as did the 2024 vintage. It is rich with notes of yellow plums and prickly pears and closes with a well-balanced acidity.
