Triau: A word from the local Champagne dialect to describe regenerative land practices.
2019 Vintage at 70% and reserve wine at 30%. No malolactic. Zero dosage.
56% Pinot Meunier, 30% Pinot-Noir and 14% Chardonnay.
32 months on lees in bottle.
Importers Notes - "A beautifully round and complex assembly of the three major grape varieties, all held in balance with subtle oak maturation for 20% (for 9 months on lees) of the blend. Fruit picked at optimal ripeness is allowed to express the cepage origins and their terroir. The blocking of malo with zero dosage is the perfect final solution. The meunier component adds complexity compared with their cuvee Lierie."
