This outstanding biodynamic estate is from the hills of San Martín de Valdeiglesias, above Madrid. Located in the unabashedly hot centre of Spain, soaring high hills of granitic sand keep these grapes cool and deliver a remarkable level of finesse in the wine. Juicy, fleshy fruit on the palate, underlain by velvety tannins and a fine line of stony minerality.
