Champagne André Clouet Dream Vintage Brut 2012

This years release includes not only the classics, but also a selection of wines from the 'Dream Vintage' collection. A project born somewhat by accident, Andre's preference to swap grapes rather than sell left him with several parcels of Grand Cru chardonnay harvested from exceptional vineyards in exceptional years.
