Matured malt whisky and grain whisky are blended and then re-casked (a process known as "marriage") to create a rich harmony of distinctly different whiskies. "From the Barrel" is bottled directly from re-casked barrels of whisky and features almost the same alcohol percentage. At 51.4% alcohol content, this whisky possesses a distinctive personality characterized by solidity, depth of taste and a richly expanding aroma.

From the house of Suntory, haku® is the Premium japanese craft Vodka.
The name haku means "white" in Japanese and refers to the 100% Japanese white rice that is the origin of the liquid. Haku is different from other vodkas which are made from potato, corn or wheat and uses a uniquely Japanese method of bamboo charcoal filtering.
This Yuzushu is made with a one-year-old Junmai Sake and Yuzu juice, at a 1 : 1 ratio. This is higher than most Yuzushu produced elsewhere. The yuzu fruit is grown in Wakayama and is juiced with its peel, giving all the qualities of the fruit, sweet, sour & bitter. This example has a marvellous full aroma of fresh yuzu, with a zesty, citrus tart character and a fruit sweet and fresh finish.
