To make gin with the weed Lantana camara, we needed a few other things first.
Introduced into Australian gardens around 1840 for its flowers, Lantana is a typically 'Australian' weed. This amazing smelling Verbena, grows readily in the bush at Redridge.

Made from fresh sugarcane juice farmed biodynamically in Redridge, Queensland, the Rhum is spontaneous fermented and distilled in a handmade Pot Still. Drink neat or with an ice cube.
