Curly Flat Chardonnay 2021
Curly Flat delivers the goods. there is nothing wan about this realease, it has body and it has flavour and it probably has soul. Pristine peache, nectarine and citrus flavours are served hand-in-glove with cedarwood oak. There's more than a little texture here, silken and grippy at once. Curly Flat Chardonnay 2022
"Picked in the cool of the morning, Chardonnay from three distinct blocks were whole bunch pressed to tank with cloudy juice transferred to barrel the following day. Indigenous yeasts dictated ferment in various formats ranging from 300 and 500 litre barrels. From there barrels were stirred monthly until minimal sulphur was added in late Spring once malolactic ferment (MLF) was complete. Curly Flat Western Pinot Noir 2022
First botted in 2018, the western blocks have been a part of Curly Flat Estate blend since 2001, however in isolation it is strikingly different from the blend or the Central Pinot Noir. With vine ages over 20 years with Western blocks are comprised of Dijon clones 114 & 115.
With their easterly aspect, these blocks have reduced exposure to the afternoon sun, making them our coolest. They contribute both delicate fragrance and supple texture to the Curly Flat blend.

Dhillon Glenhope "Accidental Red" Merlot Shiraz 2023
Michael Dhillon's eponymous side-project allows him freedom to make mistakes he might otherwise not have at his day job at Bindi.
