The O’Riada is made from fruit picked from our estate vineyard and other excellent sites in Murrumbateman and Hall. It’s a quintessential Canberra Shiraz. Ripe red berries and plenty of spice.
90% Tibouren, 10% Grenache
Clos Cibonne is one of 18 Cru Classé growers in the Côtes de Provence AOP, and is in fact the most southerly. The estate’s 15 hectares of vineyards are located a mere 800 metres from the coast
This wine is made from the most historic part of the Clos Cibonne property. 90% Tibouren and 10% Grenache - this is how rosé was made in the region 100 years ago, before modernisation occurred. After fermentation the wine … more

"Marking the 20th anniversary of this white wine, the 2021 Nelin was produced with Garnacha Blanca, Macabeo, Xarel.lo and Picapoll white and Cariñena Blanca - in the future, there will be more and more of the last two varieties in the blend, a big change from the beginning. Produced with the juice from the direct pressing, the wine spent one year in oak and six months in tank. It's balsamic, eminently Mediterranean and ripe, with 14% alcohol (a little lower … more
The vineyard is a 20Ha amphitheater of crumbling slate. The vines are at 350 metres and are surrounded by mountains up to 1,200 metres high and the vineyard's lower extremes are adjacent to the Siurana River.
"The eponymous red 2021 Clos Mogador fermented with some 30% full clusters trying to give it more freshness (but without noticing the stems) with a long maceration (40 to 50 days) and (almost) no punching down, with less extraction. There's been a progressive change … more

Producers Notes - "Historically Clover Hill has followed a traditional pathway of vintage and non-vintage Methode Traditionnelle sparkling wines. But are forging a new path. We believe the most critical elements of sparkling wine are distinctive styles, consistently produced which enables consumers to develop a deep understanding and trust in our brand. Multi-Vintage is a story of complexity in our base wines. Across vintages we use four different techniques to hold reserve … more
Cocchi Rosa name reminds us that it’s produced with red wines, from which it derives its colour and wild rose notes. Refined with natural extracts of flowers and spices, in particular gentian, cinchona and citrus as per the Americano Bianco but with the addition of saffron, vanilla and rose petals. Its beautiful red colour is completely natural and derives from the wine.

"Decisive, intense and full of character. A pure Nero D'Avola that enhances the varietal characteristics of the vine, telling the story and tradition of our hills. The grapes are harvested by hand when they reach full ripeness. Fermentation takes place in contact with the skins for two weeks, the subsequent refinement then takes place in stainless steel tanks until bottling. Authentic, distinctive, the Nero d'Avola Principe di Granatey is characterized by enchanting hints of wild berries enriched with notes of … more
A shared quality of many Italian wines is their impeccable ability to be paired with food. This Friulano from family-owned Colutta in the Colli Orientali del Friuli is the perfect example, pop a bottle on your next dinner party table if you don't believe us! It's dry and crisp, though not lacking in flavour of charm. Expect notes of green pears, slightly underripe pineapple, tart fresh lemon juice and a hint if almond kernel bitterness.
