Nova Vita is a small family owned winery in the Adelaide Hills, with a range of wines that consistently knock it out of the park at a reasonable price. Their fizz is a classic Champagne-style Chardonnay and Pinot combo, hitting the palate with a creamy mousse that finishes dry and refreshing.
