Spicy and perfumed aromas of blood plums, blackberry compote, coffee beans, dried herbs and violets. The palate is medium- to full-bodied with a creamy texture and finely integrated tannins. 38% whole-cluster fermentation brings lovely austerity and a savory component, with lingering flavors of black olives, cedar and ferric earth.
