The Manhattan is the quintessential 2:1 cocktail - 2 parts spirit, 1 part vermouth, with just a dash of bitters. The trick is learning the rules, so you can then start to break them. Begin with our classic recipe, provided in the pack, then play around with some of the adjustments and classic variations on the back of the card. For this pack, we’ve selected a savoury Rye Whiskey from local distillery Gospel, and lighter style of Vermouth from Saison Aperitif. The combination yields a light, refreshing Manhattan.
