A benchmark Fino from Bodegas Lustau, sourced from Bodega Las Cruces' flor-heavy solera in the absolute heart of Jerez de la Frontera. It's a touch rounder and fuller than it's more coastal counterparts, reflecting the heat of it's inland locale. Even so, it's fresh and mineral, with a dry, crisp finish that is undeniably delicious.
