Lustau's Los Arcos Amontillado spends nearly equal time ageing under flor and exposed to oxygen, in a solera at Bodega Empeatriz Eugenia. Rich amber in colour, warms cents of hazelnut and orange peel waft through the building, traversing the two arched corridors for which it receives it's name.
