ALLEN MEADOWS, Burghound

A fresh, cool and bright nose freely offers its aromas of Granny Smith apple, acacia and wet stone. There is fine mid-palate density to the delicious middle weight flavors that exude a subtle bead of minerality on the bitter zest-inflected finale where a hint of youthful austerity slowly emerges. This could use better depth but it's already very pretty.
