A great example of the excellent Chenin Blanc being made from bush vines in Stellenbosch, Kleine Zalze has ticked all the boxes here. It’s textured and rich, think cantaloupe and almond blossom, though still with an undeniable briskness that keeps the palate feeling fresh and bright.
