Juvé y Camps' flagship wine is good enough to make us wonder how their other cuvées could possibly improve upon it. Amongst a sea of inferior Cava, the estate has truly perfected the art. It's very Champenoise in its rich, creamy mousse and lovely plushness to the palate, but the fruit shows all the best qualities of Cava grapes. The acidity peals like a bell, clear and bright, over notes of Mediterranean herbs, fresh orchard fruit and toasted almonds.
