Cask sample. Smells so youngbs and citrus and reductive and a slight pear aroma of fermentation still. Rich and creamy texture - cool, dense and full of energy even with this level of sweetness. A complete baby but with a great future. Rich orange and apricot aftertaste with a touch of spice.
