A delicious example of Pinot Gris on skins.
Medium bodied with a delicate light salmon/pink hue. Sour cherry, ruby grapefruit, watermelon and spiced raspberry, rosewater and some dried sage. The palate is fresh, silky and long. Mudgee is sun soaked during the days but due to the elevation there’s respite in the evenings ensuring the grapes retain balancing acidity. Handpicked fruit is pressed gently with a little skin conrtact to ensure texture and a hint of colour.
