Though classically Alsatian Gris in it's opulent nose and generous scents of orchard fruit, white florals and candied ginger spice, Gustave Lorentz' Réserve Pinot Gris shows a distinctly modern palate. Texture is tamed by freshness, salinity and lovely tart acidity. Well balanced and very, very drinkable.
