There's a bit of old and a bit of new about Finca San Martín's Torre de Oña Rioja. Modern handling has yielded bright fruit and a lovely succulence, while Rioja's scorching sun and remarkable ferrous soils, and a decent whack of American, brings heft and intensity that is quintessential Rioja.
