While this is made with 100% Chardonnay, it is really quite a bit different than most French Chardonnay (ie Chablis/Burgundy). The Jura region is most famous for oxidized, Sherry-like, wines called Vin Jaune. The 2023 En Novalet Chardonnay has just a hint of that oxidative charm along with notes of butterscotch, almond and citrus peel.
