Founded in 1961, Domaine de Vaccelli one of the top producers in Corsica. They are located in Cognocolo Monticchi in the South of Corsica. The organically grown vineyards managed at Burgundy Grand Cru standards, with yields at 30/35 hl per hectare.
This obviously comes off Granite, and is a masterpiece of weight, texture and mineral. A stunning drink.
